For more than 23 years, Oi Brasil has been recognized internationally as a leader in bespoke Brazilian and Cuban show productions, serving as passionate ambassadors of Latin culture and entertainment. Our journey has taken us to some of the world’s most prestigious stages and events, working alongside iconic figures such as Prince Charles (now King Charles), Bill Clinton, and even providing all the Latin entertainment for the latest James Bond film. Yet, among all these incredible experiences, our enduring relationship with Holland America stands out as one of our most cherished. For over 11 years, we’ve had the joy of bringing the energy and warmth of Brazil to your guests—creating memories we treasure deeply.

Sharing our culture goes far beyond performance for us—it is a mission rooted in real-life stories. Many in our team, including Antonio, our founder, and director, have overcome significant challenges through music and dance. From selling sweets on the streets as a child to performing on global stages, Antonio’s journey, like those of our dancers and instructors, is a testament to the transformative power of the arts. In Brazil, where poverty and adversity are everyday realities, opportunities in dance and music can truly change lives. This is why a percentage of Oi Brasil’s profits is reinvested into the communities where our story began, giving children and young people meaningful access to arts and culture through our Community Interest Company, The Manana Project.

Additionally, all proceeds from T-shirts and merchandise sold onboard directly support a social initiative in Rio de Janeiro, currently sponsoring at least 10 children. Through these efforts, we strive to open doors for the next generation, just as the world of samba and the support of our audiences have opened doors for us.
